WebSphere Integration Developer (WID) has changed some of the basic menus present in Eclipse. In order to install a Subversion client in WID, take the following steps -
1. Switch perspective to Resources
2. You will now see under Help->Software Updates... Choose it
3. Change tab to Available Software
4. Click add site
6. Select it. It will refresh. Select all three. Open the Subeclipse project. Deselect Mylyn 3.x option which cannot install in WID.
7. Click install. And follow the install wizard.
